Return & Exchange Policy
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At Sierra Darien, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Our return and exchange process is designed to be simple, transparent, and crafted with care.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- New, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original internal garment tags attached
- Return requested within 14 days of receiving your order
Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide the correct instructions.
We have dedicated return warehouses based on your location:
- EU countries: Returns should be sent to our warehouse in Romania
- Non-EU countries: Returns should be sent to our warehouse in the United States
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Jewelry
Final Sale items are valid for return to store-credit only.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@sierradarien.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue, and our team will assist you promptly.
Please note that small variations such as loose threads, fabric texture, or slight color differences are normal and not considered defects. Returns due to sizing preference are also not treated as defects.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email support@sierradarien.com with the subject line:
Return Request: #XXXXXX - Include the item(s), reason for return, and photos with tags attached
- Once approved, we’ll send you the return form and warehouse address
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Returns are accepted only at our European or US warehouse.
- A $4.99 restocking fee applies to each return, per item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
* For orders that qualified for complimentary shipping, a flat fee of $12.99 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the original shipping cost incurred.

Gift Card Payments
Refunded as store credit for the full item value -
Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Afterpay
Option 1 — Store Credit + 15% Bonus (Recommended)
Receive the full value as store credit plus a 15% bonus. Credit never expires.
Option 2 — Original Payment Refund
Refunded to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable and the $4.99 restocking fee applies.
Refund Processing Times
Once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
